So who am I?
I’m a 27 year old California girl who loves fashion and makeup almost as much as curling up with a good book or hunkering down for a Harry Potter marathon. I currently live in San Jose, California with my fiancé, Aaron Dell, who is an NHL goalie! We have two hilarious kitties named Zoey and Chloe. I was born and raised here in San Jose, but I went to college at UC Santa Cruz(wehave the funniest mascot), and graduated with my Bachelors degree in Legal Studies. After college, I went on to work at some Silicon Valley tech GIANT companies in Recruiting and Training Coordinating. I snuck some work bartending in there, which I absolutely loved(can’twait to share my favorite drink recipes!), and I also spent two years cheering in the NFL on the Gold Rush for the San Francisco 49ers! Why am I here?
Long story short, I’m that girl that if you compliment my top, I’ll yell the sale price I got it at. Your girl loves sharing a good deal and I’m not afraid to share what’s on my mind! I’ve been a faithful follower of so many of my favorite bloggers, and I’ve always wanted to join in on the fun. Starting my own blog was actually a New Years resolution - from last year, but I’ve delayed kicking it off because honestly, I was nervous about what people would think. Taking the plunge is NOT easy, but I’m here, you’re here, and we’re doing this thing together so I guess it’s better late than never! I’m so excited by the concept that my creativity is no longer limited by my job title, and I can’t wait to share that with you all. Failure is scary, but it’s also the greatest teacher, so if I fail, I fail! You’d better bet your booty I’ll have fun doing it though.
